In less than two minutes, You can now pay your Travel tax online

  Good news to all frequent travelers out there! You will no longer have to spend time queuing at the airport to pay for travel tax before boarding.

  TIEZA or also known as Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority has launched the Online Travel Tax Service System to provide a more easier way to pay for travel taxes. 

  In a statement made by TIEZA it should approximately take you only a minute to pay for your travel taxes.

  Talk about saving time and skipping lines, huh?

  The next question will be, How to pay for Travel Tax on the TIEZA website?

  Well, here you go!

  First, go to the TIEZA website, Click the ‘Travel Tax’ tab menu and select Pay Travel Tax Online.

  Then you will just need to input the following:

  1. Full Name
  2. Passport Number
  3. Ticket Number
  4. Mobile Number
  5. Email Address
  6. Destination
  7. Departure Date

  Then you will be asked to select which airline class you’re in to determine the price to be paid. First class is P2,700 and economy and business class is P1,620. 

  You can also pay for multiple passengers in one transaction, as long as they are on the same flights and are willing to retain the given information of the passenger. 

  Only one acknowledgement receipt will be provided to the primary passenger. 

  There are several payment methods via e – wallets such as Gcash, Maya, GrabPay and ShopeePay, online banks, BDO, BPI, Unionbank and MayBank, or credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard and JBC.
