  • Long weekends

Real talk. Aside from payday, there is one more day that employees await with pleasure: Holiday.

For many, holidays have been an escape from a stressful daily life. We can’t blame them, though, as there aren’t just enough days in a weekend!

Well, we’ve got just the thing to cheer you up! Malacañang has released an updated list of holidays for 2023. And guess what? At least 10 holidays and special non-working days fall near weekends which only means one thing — long weekends!

On a more important note, here’s a list of long weekends to help you plot those vacation leaves in 2023:

    December

December 8 (Friday) – Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary

December 25 (Monday) – Christmas Day

While the thought of vacationing in breathtaking islands or beautiful cities can get everyone going, there’s nothing wrong with spending quality time with loved ones and perhaps, some much-needed me-time away from work. After all, the only thing better than a long weekend is that it’s followed by a short work week. You feel us, fam?

From all of us here at 96.3 Easy Rock Manila, we wish you a lite and easy new year!
