    Since everyone is forced to stay at home during the enhanced community quarantine, you might have already run out of ideas to get you through the day. Lucky for those who happens to be together with their partners, their siblings, or loved ones during the quarantine, for sure you can do so much with them and not feel any hint of boredom right now. Listed below are the things that can get you by during this period:

    Stay connected with your loved ones

    You may be miles apart but there are still ways to stay connected virtually. With the advent of technology, you can now keep in touch with your loved ones using communication apps like Messenger, Viber, iMessage, Telegram, and more. Aside from messaging, you can now even catch up face-to-face through videocalls. What you need is just a good internet connection to stay connected with your loved ones.

    Do a Netflix watch party

    Never miss an episode of your favorite series with Netflix watch party. Just download it, invite your partner or family members to watch with you. You can even chat through the app real time. Feels like you are having your usual movie night but just virtually. Grab a tub of popcorn to complete the virtual date feels!

    Go on a virtual dinner date

     Set up a date and time to video call your partner and family to have dinner together even when you are apart. Any meal will do. What’s important is you get to see them, have your meal together even though it is just virtually. It’s the thought and gesture that do count.

     Go old school

    For those who are together this quarantine, go old school by doing boardgames and card games like Monopoly, Snake and Ladders, and even Jengga. If you feel like you need to take a break away from your computer monitors or television, you can always pull that boardgame out and have fun. Pretend it’s 1990. No WiFi, just pure old school fun.

    Keep a healthy mind and body

     Make use of the quarantine to take care of your health. Catch up on that workout that has been put on halt ever since you got busy with work or with school. Keeping a healthy body and mind will help you function well. Tag your family along with you to do yoga, or you can even do Zumba together. Workout becomes more fun if you are joined by your loved ones. Stay away from news once in a while. By doing this, you are doing yourself a huge favor. Negativity can affect your mood and productivity.

    Discover new hobbies and skills

    There are online seminars available for people stuck at home. You can have access to online trainings to enhance your skillset. If you are not into that, you can browse online for different tutorials uploaded on YouTube channels. Try learning how to cook a certain dish, you can try learning to do your hair and makeup, or maybe you can try learning that choreography that you’ve been meaning to learn for God knows how long. The access to knowledge is just at the tip of your fingertips. All you have to do is grab your smartphone or laptop, go online, and start browsing.
