GENERAL SANTOS CITY, Philippines — 101.5 Love Radio General Santos and 94.3 DZRH News FM General Santos have returned to the airwaves, successfully resuming broadcasts on June 20 from a new facility just 12 days after an earthquake severely affected their operations.

All station staff were safe and following intensive recovery and restoration efforts, both stations are once again delivering entertainment, news, information, and public service programming to audiences across General Santos and neighboring communities.

The rapid restoration effort was made possible through the combined work of station personnel, engineers, support teams, and management, who worked tirelessly to re-establish broadcast operations and reconnect with the communities they serve.

“While we lost our home, we never lost our commitment to serve. Our focus remained clear: to restore our operations as quickly and safely as possible and continue providing information, public service and entertainment to our listeners,” said Mr. Jun Nicdao, President of MBC Media Group.

The return of both stations marks a significant milestone in the recovery efforts following the earthquake and reflects the resilience and dedication of the teams who made it possible.
