In the latest episode of Hangover on March 19, rising P-Pop group VVINK addressed growing comparisons to BINI, as their name continues to be linked to the popular girl group. The connection stems from member Angelika, who wrote BINI’s hit song 'Pantropiko,' leading fans to notice similarities between its vibe and VVINK’s debut track.

Angelika acknowledged the comparison, explaining that some similarities are expected. She pointed out that some of BINI’s songs are written by Flip Music, which may influence the overall sound. “Partly, magiging similar siya,” she said.

However, the group emphasized that what sets them apart is their identity as artists. According to Angelika, P-Pop has a lot to offer, and it ultimately depends on consumers which sound they will embrace. VVINK shared that they aim to stay true to themselves and focus on what makes them happy. “Performing makes us happy,” she added.
