<p>Kataifi is a special pastry dough that is made with phyllo strands. Phyllo is made with wheat flour, a dash of oil or butter, and water. You may also hear them say Knafeh chocolate. Don&rsquo;t get confused! Knafeh is different from Kataifi. Knafeh is a traditional Arabic dessert that contains Kataifi which is also the main ingredient of the viral Dubai chocolate hence its comparison with the traditional Arabic dessert.</p>
<p>Aside from its unique flavor and crunchy texture, the green filling is made of pistachio butter which adds to the nutty and sweet flavor of the chocolate. You may want to save up for this chocolate as it is known to be quite on the expensive side!</p>
<p>You can also make the Knafeh Dubai chocolate at home with ingredients you can probably get at your local grocery store. Lots of influencers as well have been making their own!</p>
