Filipino rapper Skusta Clee faced criticism online after his scheduled show in Parañaque was canceled due to heavy rain and strong winds. Some fans said they were disappointed after waiting at the venue for hours, while others called the way the cancellation was handled unprofessional.

The backlash grew as some attendees called for Skusta Clee to be declared persona non grata in Parañaque. Others questioned why the rapper did not personally appear onstage to explain the cancellation and apologize to the crowd.

In a statement, Skusta Clee’s management, GT Entertainment, explained that the team was ready to perform but the heavy rain caused flooding around the stage, reaching instruments and other equipment. They said the show was canceled to protect the safety of the artist, musicians, technicians, and crew.

The management apologized to the fans who waited despite the bad weather and said safety was their main priority. As of writing, no new date for the Parañaque show has been announced.
