<p>Pablo of SB19 has officially taken on a new role as president of 1Z Entertainment. After serving as the company&rsquo;s founding CEO, Pablo will now focus more on shaping its artistic direction and growing its roster of artists.</p>
<p>The leadership change was announced in a press statement, with Yani de Dios stepping in as the new CEO. De Dios previously worked as the company&rsquo;s COO. Pablo shared that building the company with fellow artists has been one of his proudest achievements, and bringing in new leaders will help expand their vision for Filipino music.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Celine Ferros joins the company as general manager after her time at Warner Music Group. She is expected to help support and develop local talent. Other members of the leadership team include Meya Cortez, Leah Gonzales, Iana Forbes, and Gallahan East.</p>
<p>Founded by Pablo and his SB19 bandmates Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, the company continues to expand. Aside from SB19&rsquo;s projects, 1Z is preparing to launch a new girl group this year and is also looking for trainees for future acts, aiming to raise the level of Filipino talent in the music industry.</p>
