Playing on his home course at Sta. Elena Golf Club, the golf professional showed incredible skill and confidence, using his deep knowledge of the course to his advantage. Just a week after celebrating his 31st birthday, he delivered an outstanding performance&mdash;scoring 69, 65, 65, and 65 with five eagles and a hole-in-one on Day 2&mdash;to claim the prestigious championship trophy.

During the final round, Tabuena faced tough challenges, with some shots landing in the bunker and rough. Still, he stayed calm and focused, using his experience to recover each time. A standout moment came at Hole 8, where he perfectly read the slope and sank the ball, roaring in triumph as the crowd cheered him on. In an emotional finish, he dropped to his knees after his final shot on Hole 18, sealing his victory over two-time International Series champion Sarit Suwannarut and rising star Sampson Zheng.

Cheers erupted as fans, fellow golfers, and his family rushed to celebrate. His caddie, Lan, joined him in the victory moment, while friends and supporters showered him with water in true champion fashion. With this win, Tabuena now ranks #2 in the International Series standings as the tour heads to three more countries to close the season with the Asian Tour and LIV Golf.
After the game, Tabuena shared his gratitude: &ldquo;I&rsquo;m thankful for all my family and friends for coming out. It&rsquo;s nice to get the win at my home club, with everyone here supporting.&rdquo;
