The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) are encouraging eligible Filipinos who are landbased or abroad to register as overseas voters through Overseas Voters Satellite Registration.

This initiative seeks to increase participation in the Philippine elections among Filipinos abroad during the voting period from April 13, 2025 to May 12, 2025.&nbsp;
Eligible participants include land-based Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), seafarers, immigrants, and dual citizens.

<li>ompass Iloilo, Manfred's Building, 22 General Luna St., Iloilo City Proper (2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.)</li>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid Philippine passport,</li>
<li>Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) or Seafarer's Identity Document (SID), or</li>
<li>Certified copy of the approval for retention or reacquisition of Philippine citizenship for dual citizens</li>
