American singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer Oliver Tree reportedly passed away on Sunday, June 14, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, during the South American leg of his &ldquo;The World&rsquo;s First World Tour.&rdquo;
The incident involved two helicopters that collided mid-air, with one of the helicopters crashing into the parking lot of a car dealership. While authorities have yet to formally identify all the victims, the singer was among the six passengers listed on the passenger information submitted to aviation authorities, according to police.
Known for his viral hits &ldquo;Life Goes On,&rdquo; &ldquo;Miss You,&rdquo; and his signature bowl-cut hairstyle, Oliver first gained popularity in 2016 through social media and performances in the San Francisco Bay Area under the name &ldquo;Tree.&rdquo; The singer had launched his world tour on May 30, with his most recent performance taking place in S&atilde;o Paulo, Brazil on June 6.
