Lani Misalucha is celebrating her lasting love with husband Noli through her newest single, Punong Matibay.'

The OPM icon performed the song during the May 7 episode of It's Showtime, sharing that it was inspired by their journey as husband and wife and the many challenges they faced together over the years.

According to her, the lyrics were written by her husband, while she personally worked on the music video that tells the story of their relationship from the beginning up to today.

“Tungkol ito sa buhay, love story naming mag-asawa. Actually, ako po ang gumawa ng music video at lyrics po ng husband ko,” she shared.

'Punong Matibay' is now available on Spotify, while its official music video can be watched on her YouTube channel. The release comes after her earlier single, 'Di Na Bale,' which came out earlier this year.

Aside from promoting new music, Misalucha is also set to hold a fan meeting on May 16 at Sunny16 Lab and will appear at the Manggahan Festival on May 21.
