Singer Kris Lawrence’s new single, 'Unlove You,' has sparked speculation about a possible reconciliation with his former partner, actress Katrina Halili.
Kris and Katrina, who share a 13-year-old daughter named Katie, have recently appeared together in several viral social media videos. Their sweet and playful interactions have caught the attention of netizens, with some fans wondering if the former couple is getting back together.
However, Kris has yet to confirm if they are considering rekindling their relationship.
Instead, the singer explained that 'Unlove You' is about having feelings for an ex that never completely go away.
“It’s about the one ex that you could never unlove, ‘the one that got away," Kris said.
The song talks about still loving someone even after going separate ways or finding new partners. Its lyrics include the line, “Whether we’re together or apart or find somebody new, I could never unlove you.”
'Unlove You' was recorded in the United States in August 2025 and marks another collaboration between Kris and Grammy Award-winning songwriter Lil Eddie.
