KATSEYE announces WILDWORLD TOUR 2027 Manila and Cebu dates as leader Sophia Laforteza returns from hiatus
Global girl group KATSEYE has officially announced that they will be bringing their highly anticipated WILDWORLD TOUR 2027 to the Philippines for a two-city stop, hitting major arenas in both Manila and Cebu early next year. Presented by Live Nation Philippines, the six-member ensemble is scheduled to perform at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on January 29, 2027, before heading south to light up the SM Seaside Cebu Arena on February 7, 2027.
The Philippine leg marks a deeply emotional homecoming, as label HYBE x Geffen confirmed that group leader and Filipina member Sophia Laforteza will be making her long-awaited return to the stage this coming January. Laforteza, who took a temporary hiatus to prioritize her health and well-being, sat out the group’s North American tour dates and 2026 promotional activities. In an update shared with fans, she expressed that while her recovery journey "hasn’t been easy," she has been putting in the work to return "happier, healthier, stronger and more grounded," with her bandmates eagerly anticipating performing alongside her once again.
