Journey heads into possible final tour together
August 22, 2026

Journey is preparing for the final leg of what could be the iconic rock band’s last tour together, with Filipino vocalist Arnel Pineda joining longtime members for an emotional homecoming in San Francisco.

The farewell run begins in September in Los Angeles before taking the band across major U.S. cities, including Phoenix, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, Denver, and Las Vegas. The tour will conclude on November 28 at Chase Center in San Francisco, a significant location in Journey’s history.

Leading the current lineup are co-founder and lead guitarist Neal Schon and longtime keyboardist Jonathan Cain, alongside Pineda, who has served as the band’s lead vocalist since 2007. Other current members include bassist Marco Mendoza, drummer Deen Castronovo, and guitarist Jason Derlatka.

Pineda became Journey’s frontman after the band discovered his performances online. Since joining, the Filipino singer has carried the group’s classic repertoire to audiences worldwide, performing signature tracks including ‘Don’t Stop Believin' and ‘Faithfully.’

The upcoming shows are also expected to highlight Journey’s deeper catalog. Beyond its biggest hits, the band has been performing extended sets featuring songs such as ‘Of a Lifetime’ and material from its 1980s album ‘Raised on Radio.’
