G22 gives Yeng Constantino’s OPM hit ‘Time In’ a fresh, modern sound with their latest release, now part of the official soundtrack of the Filipino comedy film Drags to Riches.
Released on October 16, 2026, the new version features AJ, Alfea, and Jaz putting their own style into the well-loved song. Unlike the original’s pop-rock sound, G22’s rendition features electronic beats, synths, and layered vocals for a more polished pop feel. Originally released in January 2007 as part of Yeng Constantino’s debut album Salamat, ‘Time In’ remains a familiar favorite among OPM fans.advertisement
The track was arranged by Teddy Katigbak, with Jonathan Manalo handling the vocal arrangement and production, and Theo Martel in charge of mixing and mastering.
Directed by Victor Villanueva and Rod Marmol, Drags to Riches stars Christian Bables, Inigo Pascual, Elijah Canlas, and other cast members. The film is available on Amazon Prime Video and has made it to the platform’s Top Movies in the Philippines list.
‘Time In’ is G22’s first new release of 2026, following their debut album The Dissection of Eve, which came out in November 2025. Earlier this month, the trio also performed their song ‘Filipina Queen’ at the 2026 Filipino Music Awards.
