Lately, people online have noticed a troubling trend involving the rising P-Pop girl group G22. While many praise the group for their talent, stage presence, and strong image, some so-called fans have been using their name to put down other P-Pop groups.
Comments like &ldquo;G22 is the only girl group that can sing live&rdquo; or &ldquo;Other groups should learn from G22&rdquo; have sparked conversations on social media. Even if they sound like compliments, many believe these comments are actually subtle insults that create division within the growing P-Pop community.
&ldquo;Una sa lahat, we don&rsquo;t tolerate hate sa fandom namin. We call out,&rdquo; the group responded. &ldquo;We&rsquo;re still growing, tapos ngayon naghihilaan tayo pababa,&rdquo; Alfea added.
As P-Pop becomes more popular, many fans and artists are calling for better behavior from fandoms&mdash;supporting their favorites without being negative toward others.
