<p>Irish singer-songwriter and former One Direction member <strong>Niall Horan</strong> returned to Manila after six years for his "The Show" concert tour, held last May 13 at the Mall of Asia Arena.</p>

<p>Horan opened the show with his hit song "Nice To Meet Ya," receiving a strong response from the thousands of fans in attendance. "<em>It is so good to be in the Philippines, good to be back in Manila,</em>" he greeted the crowd. He added, &ldquo;<em>Thank you so much for filling this place up for me. We were here six years ago, and I&rsquo;ve missed you guys. It&rsquo;s good to be back in town.</em>"</p>

<p>A notable moment was his surprise performance of One Direction's "Night Changes.&rdquo; Horan remarked on the energy of the crowd, saying, <em>"Thank you for one of my favorite nights of the tour. This (has been incredible,) you are an amazing audience. Thank you so much for coming out to see us tonight.</em>"</p>
<p>Horan also expressed gratitude towards his fans for their effort in attending the concert, acknowledging the challenges of purchasing tickets and traveling to the venue. He went on to saying that the Filipinos were the most welcoming and nicest people he has ever met. Niall also praised how loud and supportive the Filipino fans were! According to him, this was the loudest crowd he ever had.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"<em>Don't let me down, okay?</em>," he playfully added.</p>
<p>After this, he played "Black and White," which is perfect for this moment as the hook of this song goes, "<em>I'll love you for the rest of my life.</em>"</p>
<p>Niall closed the main show with "Meltdown," "Still," and even included "Night Changes," which was a song from his former band, One Direction.</p>
<p>For the encore performance, he performed "Save My Life", and ended it with his hit song "Slow Down," waving a Philippine flag while bidding his goodbye to the fans.</p>
