It was a big night for OPM as some of the industry’s brightest stars gathered for the New Hue Video Music Awards 2025 held at XYLO at The Palace in BGC! Among those honored were Ely Buendia, BINI, Maki, and Cup of Joe’s vocalists Rapha and Gian. These OPM acts have been consistently taking the local music scene by storm, and the New Hue VMAs have given them respective awards for their dedication.

The Nation’s Girl Group, BINI, took home two major awards: Group Artist of the Year and Concert of the Year for their record-breaking Grand BINIverse show. Soloist Maki claimed the coveted Male Artist of the Year and Song of the Year awards for his single, ‘Dilaw.’ Meanwhile, the Album of the Year award was given to Ely Buendia’s ‘Method Adaptor.’

Now in its fifth year, The New Hue VMAs is known for spotlighting both mainstream and emerging talents across the local music landscape.
