<p>Although Roan did not directly mention Jeffrey Epstein, the decision follows reports that Wasserman&rsquo;s name appeared in documents connected to the case. The documents included email exchanges with Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for her role in trafficking minors for Epstein. Wasserman has denied having any business or personal relationship with Epstein, though he admitted he once flew on Epstein&rsquo;s private plane for a humanitarian trip in 2002.</p>
<p>Roan is not the only artist speaking out. Indie rock band Wednesday and rock group Beach Bunny have also expressed concern and distanced themselves from the agency. Roan said he feels a duty to protect his team and hopes his decision encourages accountability and real change in the entertainment industry.</p>
