The 12-track album was made with her longtime collaborator Ilya Salmanzadeh, who also worked on her previous album eternal sunshine. Fans have been excited since she shared studio photos earlier this month, with Ariana describing the album as something “full of life” that grows through hard moments.
'Petal' will be released under Republic Records and is said to be her first album where she owns the masters. The announcement also comes before her upcoming Eternal Sunshine tour in June, her first tour since 2019 after focusing on acting, including her role as Glinda in the movie Wicked.
