In a social media post on August 13, Amiel Sol announced his upcoming single ‘tahimik na buhay kapiling ka,’ which is set for release on August 22.

The indie singer-songwriter began teasing the single in early July, posting snippets of the track on his social media pages.

Described as a romantic and heartfelt piece, the song features acoustic guitar, piano, and flute, with the chorus: “Pangarap ko ang tahimik na buhay kapiling ka.”

To build anticipation, it was also revealed—along with the release date—that a single launch gig will be held at Viva Café on August 23, a day after the release. The show starts at 8 PM, with guest acts to be announced. Limited tickets are now on sale: Php 400 for seated and Php 600 for standing.

‘tahimik na buhay kapiling ka’ also serves as a follow-up to his previous single ‘Nahanap Kita.’ Released on April 23, the five-minute track was well-received and was even included in the soundtrack of the ongoing Viva One original rom-com series ‘Seducing Drake Palma.’
