Legendary soft rock duo Air Supply held their concert in the Philippines on September 18 in celebration of their 50th anniversary. Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell serenaded their Filipino fans with timeless hits such as ‘All Out of Love,’ ‘Making Love Out of Nothing at All,’ and ‘Having You Near Me.’

The duo also opened up about why performing in the Philippines has always been special for them. “Filipinos are very passionate. Since the first time we played here, there was really a connection with the music and the songs. Four or five generations now have been introduced to our music here. We love the way that they sing at the concerts, showing their emotions on their sleeves, as we say. Just everything you could ask for from a fan is in the Philippines,” Russell said.

With performances like these and a devoted fanbase, Air Supply’s bond with their Filipino audience proves as lasting as the love songs that made them legends.
