Cavite just quietly stepped into the spotlight as a new go-to escape for travelers looking for something close to Metro Manila but big on experience.

Members of the press were given an exclusive tour of the Kaway’an EcoPark in General Trias, Cavite last Monday, May 25, 2026. The three-hectare eco-park showcases sustainability, nature-inspired design, and eco-tourism, offering a refreshing break from the fast pace of city life.

Adding to its global recognition, the site has been included in Time World’s Greatest Places 2026, placing it among some of the world’s top travel destinations.

Led by Rosie Tsai, president of Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. and owner of the eco-park, guests got a first look at its peaceful, nature-forward spaces and calming atmosphere.
