YG Entertainment schedules talent audition in Manila in April 2023

  This is your chance to bring Pinoy pride into the industry and become a K-pop idol!

  One of the leading K-pop management companies, YG Entertainment is set to host an audition in the country this coming April – giving aspiring Filipinos the opportunity to become their own K-pop idols!

  
  The agency seeks individuals born between 2004 to 2012 – and should choose from categories of whether doing vocals, rap, dancing, or simply appearance.

  For auditionees doing vocals and rap – they should do a 1-minute performance, without music.

  Dancing contestants are to bring their phones, and music, and provide a performance within a minute.

  The tryouts will take place at Zero Studio, Quezon City on April 16, 2023.

  DATES TO REMEMBER:

  March 7, Tuesday – Start of the pre-application period

  April 9, Sunday – Last day of pre-application

  April 16, Sunday (10 AM) – Audition proper at Zero Studio, Quezon City

  Contestants are to choose whether to apply online or onsite on the audition day.

  YG Entertainment is a South Korea-based talent agency founded in 1996. As of writing, world-class K-pop talents such as but not limited to BLACKPINK, BIGBANG, TREASURE, 2NE1, Psy, and iKon, to name a few – are signed under the label.
