Sandara to host EPICON 2023

  In an Instagram post Sandara Park announced that she will be back in the Philippines to host EPICON 2023 at the MOA Concert Grounds on April 1.

  EPICON 2023 is known as an event that celebrates the evolution of K-POP by showcasing the past, present, and future generation of K-pop Music.

  Dara shared a teaser photo in the same post that shows her as the host and captioned, “See you soon Manila!!!!”

  Also seen in the post, her former 2ne1 member Minzy who will be performing alongside artists from the 2nd Generation.

  “MC Dara with performer Minzy. Ready na ba kayo?!” she asked her followers.

  Last February, Dara said that she is working on a solo album. 

  The upcoming record will be the first solo album of the former 2ne1 member since she debuted last 2009. 

  During her time with the K-pop group she released her first solo single titled “Kiss,” which was used as promotional material for a Korean beer brand.

  Prior to debuting in South Korea, Sandara had a singing and acting career here in the Philippines. Park also competed in the 2004 talent show “Star Circle Quest.”
