Sabrina to represent Philippines in Asia Song Festival 2015

  Sabrina will represent Philippines in Asia Song Festival at Busan Asiad Main Stadium in Busan, South Korea on October 11.

  The Asia’s Acoustic Sweetheart will perform with EXO, GOT7, Red Velvet and B.T.S. from Korea, NGT48 from Japan and William Chan from China. She will also sing “Lovely” in Korean with B1A4.

  Asia Song Festival is an annual gathering in Korea of the best singers in Asia. The said festival was founded in 2004 and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

  In previous years, Philippine representatives were MYMP and Kyla.

  Before Asia Song Festival came the acoustic artist have raised the Philippine flag in Kuala Lumpur Lake Garden Festival on August 23 at Padang Merbok. She’s the only Filipino to sing in the said event along with other Southeast Asian performers.

  Sabrina has been touring around Asia recently and her tours were also in time for her latest album “I Love Acoustic 8”.

  The said album came out number one on iTunes Philippines and Indonesia. It was also included in the Top 10 list of iTunes Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam.

  Now, Sabrina’s albums “I Love Acoustic” and “Acoustic Love Notes” have sold more than 300,000 copies around Asia.

  Sabrina’s success and popularity cements her title as “Asia’s Acoustic Sweetheart.”
