Kina Granis announces Manila concert cancellation

• Kina Granis announced through her social media accounts that her concert in Southeast Asia have been postponed indefinitely for uncontrollable reasons.

  To my friends in the Philippines, Malaysia, and across Southeast Asia: I have just learned that the remaining dates of my Southeast Asia tour have been postponed indefinitely for reasons entirely beyond my control. I am so devastated by this news, not to mention the cancelation of all but one of my shows on this tour. Words cannot express how sorry I am for the inconveniences this undoubtedly has caused so many of you. I truly hope I can find the means to get back here someday soon to make it up to you. ?: @rubindanny

  Kina was about to perform in Manila again on September 27 at Kia Theater at Araneta Center.

  The singer-songwriter was able to perform at Jakarta for her Elements Tour in Asia. However, her shows at Taiwan, Taipei, Hong Kong and Singapore didn’t push through.

  Kina apologized for such cancellations but didn’t reveal details. But for her Hong Kong stop, the American artist said that it was because of immigration issues.

  The organizers of the said concert, Creon Asia, haven’t yet released any statement regarding the cancellation.

  Kina was known for the YouTube videos of her original songs and collaborations with different artists.
