I’m pretty sure you may ask how she was able to visit every country there is on Earth! 27-year-old Cassie De Pecol who is from Connecticut spent a total of $111,000 and 18 months to complete her journey around the world.

De PecolĀ  had to get really creative to pay for the trip. She told MONEY in a Facebook Live interview that she saved $10,000 from two babysitting jobs and she used Michael Phelps as her model as she networked to find sponsors and investors to fund the rest of the trip.

All in all she was able to visit 196 countries since July 2015. Her amazing journey is called Expedition196 and she is travelling as an Ambassador for Peace on behalf of the International Institute for Peace Through Tourism.
