5 Reasons why you should kill this love

Sometimes because you are so in love and you are so into a person, you look past on all the toxins of your relationship. But seriously, you are the only person who’ll know if it’s time to let go or you still must give it a chance.
But when do we really kill this love? When do we give up the love that we have?
1. WHEN FEELINGS ARE TAKEN FOR GRANTED
Your feelings are valid. Whether you cry over a lost dog or you got angry because someone stepped on your white shoe, that is valid. However, when your partner does not give importance to it and you feel suppressed, you don’t deserve that person. Remember, you are still two different persons. You can only share your point of view on things, but you are not to insist them. When your feelings are suppressed and you can’t be you, maybe it’s time to bounce. It takes time and a lot of discussion for you to overcome and understand each other. At the end of the day, it’s all about how much you respect each other.
2. LACK OF TRUST AND COMMUNICATION
When jealousy is greater than trust and messages are not getting across; and things can’t be settled anymore then maybe it’s time to let go. You’ll try to fix things over and over; however, if it can’t be fixed anymore and you continuously damage each other then maybe it’s time.
If your partner cheated on you, in whatever aspect, it’s an acceptable reason to breakup. However, love always gives chance. It will always depend on you if you can give it another try and how many times you’ll forgive and work things out. But when your partner is so used on cheating on you, then maybe you have to think again. If your partner can lie to you on small things, he/she can also lie to you on the big ones.
4. CAN’T MOVE ON FROM THE PAST
The past will always forbid us to move forward. If we keep on living in the past, we will never make the present time worthwhile. If there’s no forgiveness and acceptance, you are only wasting your time together. Again, you’ll try to work things out but if it doesn’t get any better then maybe you can consider breaking up then just see what the universe holds for you both.
5. GIVE-AND-TAKE NO MORE
Love is not love if you’re waiting for something in return. Sure, it feels good to be loved by the person you love. But if that’s your only motive is to be loved in return then maybe it’s not love. Maybe that’s getting even. However, when love is for you and when it’s right, you will never feel that it’s unfair.
If you think the love that you have will kill you, you gotta kill it before it kills you, too.
